Last week marked the launch of the PrepWorld Management Programme Winter Edition for our line managers in Production & Hygiene.
The first workshop, co-designed by our Head of Production, Andrew Bevan, and endorsed by our Head of HR, Morag Bailey, was designed to reach all layers of management and focused on employee engagement and coaching strategies.
Our managers play a crucial role in food safety, quality control, cost management, waste reduction, and workforce motivation, so naturally we're committed to continuous learning and development.
