It's official, our Food Safety and Quality Culture initiative is now underway! We believe being 'Guardians of Safety & Champions of Quality' is paramount to the success of our business.
We kicked things off with 'Allergy Awareness Week', tackling the 14 major allergens, understanding food allergies vs. intolerances, the importance of label reading, cross-contamination prevention, and a practical session on the power of proper handwashing.
We learned, we laughed, and the engagement from all of our factory teams was incredible.
