Our fresh cut team Stela Matei, Ellie Shapcott, and Evette Hammond dove into the world of cutting-edge research at the 5th International conference on Fresh-Cut produce in Italy last week,
From exploring the physiological responses of fruits during cutting to uncovering innovative shelf-life technologies, the team absorbed a wealth of knowledge that will fuel some of our Fresh Thinking at PrepWorld.
Furthermore, our Head of Technical, Evette Hammond, was invited to join a roundtable discussion on the current state of the fresh-cut sector, allowing us to share ideas and insights with industry leaders.
We're excited to collaborate with the fresh thinking minds we met and can't wait to see how these new connections will drive innovation and research here at PrepWorld.
