Our NPD team embarked on a food safari of London, on the look out for emerging on the go food trends, prepared packaging innovations, and fashionable flavour concepts.
From the iconic Battersea Power Station to the gourmet haven of Fortnum & Mason, and from the vibrant Harrods Food Hall to Natoora, Partridges of Sloane Square, Selfridges Food Hall, and Old Spitalfields Market, the team travelled over 15km in search of flavour and inspiration.
Keeping pace with the evolving food industry is paramount, and this safari allowed us to absorb some valuable insights that will shape our prepared fruit product development journey.
